Angel and Yolanda Garza, owners of Palos Verdes Custom Homes LLC, are proud lifelong residents of Othello, Washington. With deep roots in the Columbia Basin spanning more than 60 years, they embody the values of hard work, faith, and family that define our community.
From One Truck to a Neighborhood Built on Faith, Family & Hard Work

One Truck, One Vision
Their entrepreneurial journey began humbly with a single semi-truck hauling potatoes. Through determination, faith, and relentless effort, they grew that one truck into a thriving trucking company with major state contracts. They later expanded by building a state-of-the-art fertilizer warehouse that served the agricultural heart of the region. Always family-first, they eventually sold the trucking business to their son, allowing the next generation to carry on the legacy.
Building Palos Verdes
After a short break, Angel and Yolanda founded Palos Verdes Custom Homes with the same vision and work ethic that built their previous successes. They transformed a single piece of land in Othello into a beautiful 86-home development, creating quality custom homes and a thriving neighborhood for local families.

Today, Palos Verdes Custom Homes remains a true family business. All of their children are actively involved in the company, bringing fresh energy while upholding the core values of integrity, craftsmanship, and customer care.
